Curaçao Update: New ADR Requirements

The Curaçao Gaming Authority has introduced new Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) requirements aimed at improving player protection and raising service standards. Operators will need to designate an approved ADR provider and reflect this within their player-facing terms and dispute workflows.

  • Assess current dispute procedures and align them with ADR obligations.
  • Engage an approved ADR provider and update internal SOPs.
  • Update website terms, player communications, and complaint intake forms.

We’ll publish a step-by-step checklist and timeline guidance shortly. If you’d like tailored support, reply to this email and we’ll assist with scoping and implementation.
